After serving in the U.S. Coast Guard across the United States, Nick found his way back to Florida in 2021. Growing up in Texas he participated in regattas and races which fostered his love of being on the water, eventually leading him to live on his own sailboat. He further immersed himself in the boating world taking on a position with a yacht charter business in Southwest Florida. It was during this time he discovered his new passion for real estate.
